Questions
Anything else, our help pages cover sizes, hanging and delivery, or get in touch.
01 How long does it take?
Every board is made to order in Britain. We make it in three to five working days from the moment you approve your proof, then send it by tracked UK delivery.
02 Will I see it before it is printed?
Yes. After you order we make the final artwork at full print resolution and email you a proof. Nothing is printed until you approve it, and you can ask for changes first.
03 How do I hang it?
The board comes pre-drilled with four screws, wall plugs and screw caps in white or black. Most people have it up in about fifteen minutes.
04 Can I write on it and use magnets?
Yes. The 1.2 mm steel is dry erase and magnetic across the whole face, so it still works as a board. Use dry wipe pens and wipe clean with a soft cloth.
05 Can I frame the map myself?
Yes. Drag and zoom the preview to set exactly what appears on the board. What you see in the preview is what goes on the proof.
06 Where does the map come from?
The streets are drawn from OpenStreetMap, the open map of the world made by its contributors, and the board carries a small credit to them.
