01 Can I choose any place?
Yes: a town, a beach, a city or a view. Well-known places come out best. For a quiet street or a small village, add a landmark or a view in “Anything to include” to help the painting along.
02 How is the picture made?
Our AI paints your place in the style you choose. You can try up to six times a day, free, and keep the one you like best. Your names are set in real type, never painted, so they are always spelled right.
03 How long does it take?
Every board is made to order in Britain. We make it in three to five working days from the moment you approve your proof, then send it by tracked UK delivery.
04 Will I see it before it is printed?
Yes. You approve your design before it goes in the basket, and we email your proof with your order confirmation. If you spot something, reply straight away and we’ll do our best to catch it before it’s printed.
05 How do I hang it?
The board comes pre-drilled with four screws, wall plugs and screw caps in white or black. Most people have it up in about fifteen minutes.
06 Can I write on it and use magnets?
Yes. The 1.2 mm steel is dry erase and magnetic across the whole face, so it still works as a board. Use dry wipe pens and wipe clean with a soft cloth.
