01 Can you turn my pet’s photo into a drawing?

Yes, in any of nine styles: watercolour, pencil sketch, line drawing, linocut, screen print, pop art, cartoon, vintage poster or oil painting. You can try up to six times a day, free, and keep the one you like best. Or keep your photo exactly as it is.

02 Can I put two pets on one board?

Yes. Best friends sets them side by side, both in the same style.

03 Does it work for pets other than dogs and cats?

Yes. Choose “Another pet” for rabbits, guinea pigs, horses and more.

04 Can I make a board to remember a pet who has died?

Yes. A favourite photo, kept just as it is or gently illustrated, with their name and their years, is a lovely way to remember them. We email you a proof before anything is printed, so there’s no rush.

05 How long does it take?

Every board is made to order in Britain. We make it in three to five working days from the moment you approve your proof, then send it by tracked UK delivery.

06 Will I see it before it is printed?

Yes. After you order we make the final artwork at full print resolution and email you a proof. Nothing is printed until you approve it, and you can ask for changes first.

07 How do I hang it?

The board comes pre-drilled with four screws, wall plugs and screw caps in white or black. Most people have it up in about fifteen minutes.

08 Can I write on it and use magnets?

Yes. The 1.2 mm steel is dry erase and magnetic across the whole face, so it still works as a board. Use dry wipe pens and wipe clean with a soft cloth.

09 What photo works best?

One pet, face in focus, in good daylight, with nothing covering the eyes. A photo straight from your phone is ideal. If it might print soft at the size you choose, the page tells you before you order, and we point it out on your proof.
