01 How long does it take?

Every board is made to order in Britain. We make it in three to five working days from the moment you approve your proof, then send it by tracked UK delivery.

02 Will I see it before it is printed?

Yes. After you order we make the final artwork at full print resolution and email you a proof. Nothing is printed until you approve it, and you can ask for changes first.

03 How do I hang it?

The board comes pre-drilled with four screws, wall plugs and screw caps in white or black. Most people have it up in about fifteen minutes.

04 Can I write on it and use magnets?

Yes. The 1.2 mm steel is dry erase and magnetic across the whole face, so it still works as a board. Use dry wipe pens and wipe clean with a soft cloth.

05 How many photos can I use?

Between two and twenty. Every template adapts to the number of photos you add, and you can add or remove frames as you go.

06 How big do my photos need to be?

Phone photos are fine for most frames. We check every photo against the size you choose and mark any that may print soft, so you can swap it or give it a bigger frame.
