Make the board
you actually need

No minimum order. Whether you need a single feature board for reception or 50 branded KPI trackers for a factory, you are in control.

Don’t have a graphic designer? No problem. You can use modern AI tools to generate stunning, one-of-a-kind artwork to upload to our ‘create your own’ feature. It’s faster, cheaper, and infinitely more creative than relying on stock imagery.

We recommend using powerful tools like ChatGPT Plus (DALL-E 3) or Google Gemini Advanced for the best results with text and complex layouts. Claude also handles structured, layout-led designs well.

No design budget? Just a prompt.

Two boards, two prompts

Both of these boards came out of a single prompt typed into an AI tool, printed straight onto steel. If you have a designer, use them — nothing beats artwork made for you. If the budget will not stretch to one, this gets you a board you are happy to hang.

Describe what you want on your wall — your rota, your menu, your KPIs, your branding — generate it, upload it, and we will make it. Copy one of the prompts below to start, or write your own.

The Minimalist Weekly Planner100 × 75 cm

Seven day columns, nine writing bands each, and a Notes & Priorities band along the bottom. Studios, staff rooms and small offices.

The Agile Scrum Board100 × 75 cm

Three columns, ten numbered task rows, one blue accent on the column that needs policing. Takes a 76 mm sticky three abreast.

Getting started: the golden rules

Three rules, then the library
01
Choose your format

Decide if your board will hang horizontally or vertically and add one of these instructions to the end of every prompt:

For landscape boards
"...Aspect ratio 4:3 landscape."
For portrait boards
"...Aspect ratio 3:4 portrait."
02
Download high-res

Always choose the highest quality/largest file size option when downloading your AI generation.

This matters more than anything else on this page. A board is up to a metre wide, and there is no way to add detail back once it has been generated small.

03
Iterate

AI rarely gets it perfect the first time. Tweak the words, change the colours in the prompt, and regenerate until it’s perfect.

Four or five attempts is normal. Change one thing at a time, so you know which word did the work.

The B2B prompt library

Forty prompts · five sectors

Copy and paste these prompts into your AI tool to get started. Remember to add your aspect ratio at the end! Every board below has been drawn and is ready to print. Roll over any card to read the prompt behind it, then copy it.

Pro-tip for AI text

Let the AI do the design.
Do the words yourself.

AI tools are getting better at text, but sometimes they make spelling mistakes or choose strange fonts.

A Easiest

Use the prompts below to generate the background structure and graphics, but ask the AI to leave the data areas blank. You then use dry-wipe markers on your finished board to fill in the details.

This is also the route we would choose. Anything printed into the coating is there for twenty years, so the less of it that can go out of date, the better.

B Advanced

If you want perfect, permanent text printed on the board, generate your background image using AI, then import it into a free tool like Canva to overlay precise text before uploading it to us.

Set your Canva document to the board’s print size so the type stays sharp, and keep text 20 mm clear of every edge.

What resolution actually means at this size

Our production standard is 150 dpi at full print size. On a large board that is 5965 × 4488 pixels — considerably larger than most AI tools generate in one pass. It is worth knowing this before you fall in love with an image.

The good news is that viewing distance is forgiving. A texture or abstract ground read from across a room survives far less resolution than fine line work or small type. Our upload tool measures your file against the board you have chosen and tells you where you stand before you commit.

If your generation lands short, the two reliable routes are to run it through an AI upscaler before uploading, or to choose a smaller board.

Your file On a large board Verdict
1024 × 768 26 dpi Too low
1792 × 1024 45 dpi Upscale first
2048 × 1536 51 dpi Upscale first

Also

Every board has a 5 mm bleed on each edge and 35 mm radius corners. Keep anything you cannot afford to lose — logos, headings, the edge of a grid — at least 20 mm inside the edge of your image, and expect the very corners to be rounded off.

One board or fifty. Same steel either way.

The business version of our Create Your Own tool runs on this page, below. It is the same preview engine as the retail tool, with the order details a business needs sitting underneath it: quantity per design, a purchase order reference, and a proof to sign off before anything is printed.

Step 01
Choose size and format

Three sizes, landscape or portrait. The tool shows the live print size, the 5 mm bleed and the rounded corners as you choose.

Step 02
Upload and position

Drag to reframe and zoom to crop. A resolution check runs against the board you picked and warns you before you can order something that will print soft.

Step 03
See it on a wall

Switch from the product view to a room view at true scale, so you can judge the size properly before committing to fifty of them.

Step 04

Set the quantity, add a purchase order reference, and ask for a PDF proof. We check every file by hand before it goes to print.
